On behalf of my entire family I wanted to personally thank you so much for your hospitality, kindness, and service for our 1 month stay at your beautiful resort. My family has stayed at many of the Ritz Carlton Hotels around the world and I must say you made our holiday an experience we will never forget. At the end of the day, a perfect vacation is where my family and I were able to come away with a lifetime of wonderful experiences in the Grand Caymans.
I cannot thank you enough for the additional help you provided my wife and little girl the last two weeks while they were there alone. My little girl Ava had the time of her life. She learned to swim in your pool. My boys were able to parasail, swim with the sting rays, and even have a fire pit on the beach and roast marsh-mellows.
We would also like to thank Alexis and Peter for their assistance with our rushed and last minute request to find the perfect Ritz Carlton for our Spring Break. Thanks also to Franz and Roger for working on trying to accommodate us in the main hotel. And last but not least, a big thank you to Tracey for securing us a magnificent residence at the Ritz Carlton overlooking the ocean.
You should all be extremely proud of your staff, resort and the Ritz Carlton brand.
We will most certainly be back to the Grand Caymans.

We found "Heaven on Earth" with angels at our beck and call.
We travel frequently and enjoy fine properties. I find these reviews very helpful if I know where fellow travelers stay around the world so as to compare our similarities. We stay at The Hassler in Rome, Il San Pietro in Amalfi, St Regis In NYC, The Peninsula in Beverly Hills, The Oriental in Thailand etc. We know what we like and enjoy being pampered.
With that said:
Discerning where to stay for a month, during the winter, is a large undertaking. After careful due diligence we decided on the Ritz - Carlton Residences @ Grand Cayman. We will be returning for our third stay there this January 2011 for 6 weeks. We can't get enough of "paradise". The moment we arrived the staff, led by Tracey Kline was awaiting our arrival. They kept abreast of our flight schedule and quickly helped us relax in our new surroundings. Upon entering the Residence we knew we made the right choice.
The common areas of the property are beautiful and spotless. Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful. Upon being introduced to everyone - they were our staff. By the time we departed - they were our friends.
The Residence was everything they promised and more. I believe they underestimate the beautiful views from the terraces. It is magical to awake with a fresh cup of coffee in hand and step on to your private terrace and take in the beauty of the quiet serene beach. In the evening the same scene takes place except the fresh coffee is replaced with some perfectly aged wine or a shaken ice cold martini and the most incredible sunset imaginable.
The accomodations were spectacular. Each bedroom suite had it's own private bath. The kitchen was well furnished with china, silver, stemware and cookware. The cleaning services were impeccable. The kitchen is very well applianced - with the best of the best. We had breakfast everyday in the residences and lunch on the beach daily. However, we had planned to use the kitchen for dinner every evening but was too tempted by the wonderful restaurants on the property and throughout the island. We were amazed on our first stay at how many great dining experinces can take place on this small island.
The island is a gem and the Ritz - Carton Residences is a best kept secret, Tracey Kline is the Director of the Resale and Rental Operations. We found her to be an asset to our trip from planning stages to departure. She is caring, kind and considerate and a big reason why we continue to return to this perfect spot on earth. Throughout the year she takes an interest in our plans and offers unbiased advise.
We look forward to our return this January and can't wait to visit with our "friends" who pamper, spoil and accomodate our every whim. This truly is "Heaven on Earth".

"WE absolutely love the Ritz!"
We love to stay here at the Ritz....The staff is ever so friendly and assertive....Tennis is great....Ully and Thomas make cardio day so much fun...Amazing at teaching as well......Jovanne is always there to please and always has a huge smile to greet us in the morning!! We play every day.
Nancy at the Beach outside is amazing....so are all the Towel and Chair personal there!.....Michele inside is so kind and considerate.......Tracey is always working with us to get a great suite here and never disappoints ever! We would not stay anywhere else .....Karki is outstanding in Guest services as well!
We are coming back!!!

When you hear the name you automatically think of luxury and wonderful service; however, we were extremely impressed with the beauty of this property and the amazing views. We felt like royalty with the level of service we received and the amenities at your fingertips. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this to everyone.

"Fabulous!"
It would be hard to find a better experience when traveling with family members than the Residences at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman in my opinion. The "condos" are beautifully decorated with lovely large patios and "I wish I had a kitchen like this one" experiences. It’s really the best of all worlds, your own home yet you are part of a wonderful hotel and all the amenities that go along with it ie 24-hour room service, spa, children's club and much more. We experienced such great service it was hard to believe we weren't staying at a Ritz Carlton Hotel in the US.

"Month in Paradise"
In March 2010 my wife and I rented PR107 at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. PR107 is a first floor end cap unit with direct access to the sugar sands of Seven Mile Beach. The cost of the villa was an outstanding value and we thoroughly enjoyed every day we had there. Our schedule permitting we plan to return next year without hesitation.
The staff's personal attention was meticulous without being intrusive.

“ A sure thing everytime in all ways. Accomodations, service and food"
This is simply one of the best places for great accommodations, staff, service beach and water. The funny thing is we have been going to Cayman for 15 years and the Ritz since they opened rarely eating at the Hotel. On our recent visit we rarely left the property eating at Seven's on the beach side for prime beef, Eric Ripert's Blue or of all things Perriwinkles, (sounds like a chicken nugget place) - we were really wrong! Some of the best fresh pasta and Italian we have ever had!
We have been everywhere and this is simply one of the best!

Wonderful stay
I cannot put into words my experience at The Ritz Residences Grand Cayman.
I stayed there for a duration of 6 months and it was so wonderful I didn't
want to leave.
You cannot write a review without mentioning the amazing people that
helped create that experience.
Firstly Tracey Kline was the one who made the transition possible and
simple. For the first time I didn't feel stressed about moving.
All of the concierge staff, from Sandy, Vincent, Richard, Karki, Florin,
Andrew, Paul, Orlando, Marcelino, Marie, they all became my Ritz family.
The service of the staff was outstanding. Everyone from management to
everyday personnel were not only very helpful, but very kind.
I have since then recommended it to family and friends.
In one way although I was happy to move to my new home I didn't want to
leave the people that I had grown so close to.
I am so grateful for all of their efforts in making my stay such an
unforgettable one.

This has been a fantastic month at The Residences... Sandy was so helpful planning our trip.. Andrew made our guest's 21st birthday very special.. Richard was attentive every day.. The luncheon "inside tour" of BLUE was special - the chef and all the staff were open and friendly. The staff here was very busy this month but always made you feel they truly were happy to be of service... This feeling and attitude was consistent with beach/pool staff, housekeeping, etc. etc.. I never met ANYONE that didn't seem to love their job and was happy to help me... The facility here is fabulous but the staff is what makes it special.. Thanks for a month we will never forget!!

Hi Tracey- We wanted to thank you and "The Residences at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman" for a completely wonderful experience. For our entire family, all aspects of our vacation exceeded expectations. The residences are the way to go- I don't think we'd ever go back. Having the residences allowed us the flexibility to enjoy the comforts of our own home( at least for a short period of time); the privacy that provides along with the amenities of the hotel. We loved having the ability to rent for the month since it allowed us and other family/friends to enjoy the location. The kids activities; having beach and pool access; quality of restaurants and spa along with the exceptional service from each and every employee will keep us coming back year and after year. Thanks again for the lasting memories.

Hello, Tracey! Kathy made it home (finally!) after staying at the Ritz Residences. I'm pretty sure the staff had to escort her out, because the two month vacation was spectacular! Having previously stayed at the GCM Ritz on several occasions, I'd have to say that our experience in the Residences was the best of all. It was much more private than the hotel, yet the staff in the North Tower lobby couldn't have been more attentive to us and our guests. It was a perfect mix. I wish I could have spent more time there. We have been raving about the accommodations and our experience to our friends, and would certainly recommend this venue, and your services, to anyone wishing to visit Grand Cayman. Our months stay at the Ritz, February 2010, was the best vacation we have had in the Caymans. It was beyond our expectations. This comes from a couple who loves the Caymans and has spent over 15 years coming back to Cayman. The good experience started with Tracey's gracious and helpful way of showing us through pictures all the wonderful amenities we would enjoy. The pictures were beautiful however the reality when there was breathtaking. The staff were outstanding. They were warm, friendly, and above and beyond helpful. The consierge staff was superb. The beach staff couldn,t do enough. The food at the hotel restaurents, From "7" to the beach bar delicious. We left knowing we had made good friends. Had had a superb vacation. Our getaway was exquisite. Upon entering the Ritz Property to the very sad moment of departure all was perfect. The residence met all our expectations and then some. The location, ocean front, was just breath taking. All the staff was kind and offered flawless service. The residence became our home, the staff our family. Beautiful memories were created, life-long friendships developed and soooo much relaxation was had by all. Can hardly wait until our next visit. Thank you for all the kindness shown to our family.
